Starting in 2021 we are proud to announce the formation of Prestige Property Services of Kansas City.  Combining our two decades of property management experience with an additional two decades of construction experience creates an invaluable service to our owners for projects ranging from minor make readies during tenant transitions up to full scale construction and remodeling projects across multiple units and properties at one time.

Our partnership with Jon Sheets in this new company will allow us to offer full service project management, construction, and remodeling services to all of our clients.  While we have been doing small scale project management over the last couple of years, this will take it to an entirely new level.  Jon has certifications and designations beyond just that of  a general contractor in the fields of water and fire mitigation / restoration, mold remediation, and in depth property inspections. We are excited about this new offering as it allows us to provide complete oversight of projects in-house to ensure they are completed on budget, on time, and to help reduce pesky vacancies that are always a concern in this industry. Jon’s experience in investment real estate also is valuable in being able to offer advice to owners on the best ways to invest money into properties to help maximize rental returns.
